Customer workspace privacy notice
Effective 2026-11-07. Version rc-workspace-privacy-2026-11-06.
Who handles your information
Andersen Holdings LLC, doing business as RevenueClimb, administers the customer workspace. Our business notice address is 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You can reach the person responsible for privacy at support@revenueclimb.com.
If you work for a customer, we handle information about your account and use of the service. If you ask a roofing, plumbing or HVAC company for an estimate or appointment, that company decides how it uses your inquiry. We may handle it on the company's instructions to provide the services it purchased. You can contact that company about your inquiry or contact RevenueClimb for help identifying the appropriate recipient.
What we use and why
We use business and staff contact details, account roles, workspace assignments and sign-in information to provision access, verify users and resolve support or security problems. We use onboarding details about services, locations, business hours, staff and capacity to configure the workflow the customer approved.
For an authorized customer workflow, we may process names, contact details, inquiry sources, service requests, communications, appointment changes, permissions, withdrawals and recorded outcomes. We use the applicable information to route the inquiry, respond, arrange an appointment or callback, stop obsolete follow-up and report results to the customer. Automated workflow actions follow the agreed scope and communication permissions. Questions requiring estimates, professional decisions, safety judgment or service delivery are routed to the customer’s authorized team. RevenueClimb handles customer support, account and security escalations as needed.
We use order, acceptance, invoice, payment-status and cancellation records to administer the business relationship and resolve billing questions. Customers enter payment-method details through the payment provider's checkout or billing portal.
Access and service providers
We limit workspace access according to the role and company account assigned to each user. The customer identifies its authorized staff. RevenueClimb personnel and providers may process the information needed for hosting, account security, communications, scheduling, payments, support and the agreed workflow. Processing may occur outside your province or country. The Order or data-processing agreement identifies the applicable systems, processing locations and instructions for the customer’s service.
Your choices
Contact support@revenueclimb.com to ask about access, correction, withdrawal, deletion or a privacy concern. Include your business or the company you contacted and enough context to locate the record. We may verify your identity and authority before releasing information or changing a record. Keep passwords, security codes, card details and identity documents out of your initial message.
An appointment request authorizes the updates described at booking. It does not enroll someone in unrelated marketing. Where we handle information for a customer, we route the request to the responsible company and follow its lawful instructions. We retain the minimum suppression information needed to honor a withdrawal.
Retention and offboarding
We use and retain account, service and billing records for the purposes described above, subject to the Order, the customer’s documented instructions and applicable requirements. On termination, we stop the affected services, remove unnecessary access, and handle return or deletion of customer data according to those instructions. We may preserve records needed for billing, security, a dispute or a legal obligation. Recovery copies may expire on a different schedule from active records.
Changes
An approved version and effective date appear with the published notice. Material changes to the handling of customer information are communicated through the appropriate business contact or service channel.
